Lobster was perfectly cooked. Wait time for the lobster sticky rice wasn't long. 15 min. Place was packed.
The food is delicious, roasted pig, roast pork, roast chicken all are fresh and great taste. The noodles, fish, hot pot dishes were authentic and highly recommend. The staff was polite and courteous. We need more places like this for Long Island. Delicious, reasonable and good service.
Those fortunate to live in this area are truly blessed. You can have truly authentic Chinese food without going to downtown Flushing. The device is typically fast and the atmosphere is filled with chatter of happy diners. Getting takeout is nightmarish, especially on weekends. The attendants are very nice and polite but when their kitchen is backed up, expect at least a 30 min wait...even if you preorder a day in advance. But still, I would come back...
Ordered for take out for a large family gathering. Small roasted pig was about 8-10lbs. Delicious crispy skin, juicy meat, well presented. $228 Roasted pork was good, not the best I've had, but well flavored. Delicious fried flounder. Twin lobster egg noodles was a huge hit. Too many pieces of ginger though. For $475 we got the roasted pig, 2lbs roasted pork, whole duck, whole chicken, twin lobster noodles x 2, fried flounder x 2
Their food never disappointed me, food also served quickly. I do wish they have more tables, they are usually busy on the weekends during dinner. They get very busy during lunch on the weekends too, if you want to order take out, best to call in advance. The Pig Ears W. Hot & Spicy Sauce is one of my favorite appetizer. You have to try it if you like spicy food. Fried pork chop and Sautéed Sliced Fish W. Chive & Vegetable are among my favorite too.
